Magic 2014 Core Set has 15 Mythics

Planeswalkers in each color (Jace, Garruk, Liliana, Ajani, Chandra)
Darksteel Forge (A)
Ring of Three Wishes (A)
Archangel of Thune (W)
Devout Invocation (W)
Scourge of Valkas (R)
Windreader Sphinx (U)
Kalonian Hydra (G)
Primeval Bounty (G)
Rise of the Dark Realms (B)
Shadowborn Demon (B)

As you can see, blue and red mythics are under represented in the mythics slot. Each color should have 1 mythic creature and 1 mythic noncreature spell aside of the Planeswalkers.

Create a blue or red mythic rare that would've fit into this Coreset and could complete the "cycle".
Grading after ~48 hours.

Skip your draw step.

Discard your hand, then search your library for 4 red cards and add them to your hand.

Whenever you cast a spell with converted mana cost 4 or less, you gain life equal to its converted mana cost.

Whenever you cast a spell with converted mana cost 5 or more, you lose life equal to its converted mana cost

You can only cast 1 spell a turn. You may cast spells without paying their mana costs.

Perfect Flame deals 4 damage to target creature or player.

Exile Perfect Flame.

Your opponent then searches your library for all cards named Perfect Flame and exiles them, then you shuffle your library.

A perfect flame is seen but once in a life time.

Rise of the phantasmal bears 4UU sorcery (mythic rare)

Put 7 2/2 bear illusion tokens into play, with when this creature becomes target of a spell or ability sacrifice it.

I think there is a reason they produce kismet effects rather than this though. To not cause confusion.
