West Nile Swarm - BG
Sorcery - Mythic

Pay any amount of life. For every three life paid this way, target player gets a poison counter.

They may be small, but there is little more lethal.

I don't like the wording either, I took it from:

Do you think a different wording is needed?

X: Put a peck counter on Annoying Woodpecker. X is the number of peck counters on Annoying Woodpecker.

T: Target player put the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, where X is twice the number of peck counters on Annoying Woodpecker.

It just pecks and pecks and pecks and pecks and pecks...

Turn 3 Kill 1-card combo IS TOO STRONG.
Tap it, response use activated ability to put a counter, response use again (0), response use again (0)..[..] put 30000 copies of peck counter putting on stack, resolve stack -> tap ability mills for everything gg.
