It stinks!

This is both spam, and trolling. This is a warning - any future behavior like this can result in a ban from the forums.

I would replace:

3 Blood Artist
2 Abrupt Decay
1 Dreadbore
2 Tragic Slip
1 Brimstone Volley

with

2 Deathrite Shaman
1 Diregraf Ghoul
4 Rancor
2 Searing Spear

the SB it's up to you

Except the MOCS was held during a week when pillar of flame wasn't exiling creatures because of a bug in the program...

Ok... Let me explain... What do you think the %'s of the current meta are and why do you think that deck is good against it. Then maybe it won't stink, but it still looks like an old deck that if it worked people would still be playing.

Look at the nickname of the second place. Priceless!

The question I have regarding the deck: is Volley worth the red? I can see that morbid is no issue to get. But other than finishing them off I do not see a valid purpose in the deck.

Do I suck at counting or are there 9 decks in the top 8?

Volley is not important enough for splashing red, but Aristocrat and Slaughter Games are.

I feel like the reason this deck did well in that particular trial was the amount of control played. I played UWR control and got pummeled by the 4th place finisher playing R/B. I think those decks really pray on the control variants of the format, while struggling against the hyper aggro and jund lists. Though that is just my guess, I could be wrong.
