When Twin Denial enters the battlefield, counter target spell.
When a opponent plays a spell, sacrifice Twin Denial. If you do, counter that spell.

You should reword the second ability to say "Sacrifice Twin Denial: Counter target spell."

But that would change what the card does. As it is currently worded you don't have the choice - you have to sacrifice it. I assume this is intentional?

Now that I look at these entries - most seem like rares (including mine damn it!~~) Good challenge - the line between a good UNcommon and semi decent rare is a thin beast.

It really is. And at 5 cmc, it's almost impossible. All the good constructed-playable uncommons are 2 cmc.

I am immediately angered that I did not think that up.

Great job getting out of the 5 cmc hole.
