Thanks for all the entries this round...I love 1 CMC cards!!

1T: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.

T: Add (1) to your mana pool.

1/1

All of the brilliance, with none of the sentience.

## This is a very nice card, but I cannot see where it would fit: elves, birds, hierarch, deathrite all do a better job. Affinity? No. Tezz? Maby. Over all cool design though. 16/20

Boros Battlethirster attacks each turn if able.
Boros Battlethirster blocks each turn if able.
2/2
"Words are a waste of time with these lawbreakers. I will bring each to justice, even if I must do it myself."

## Love it, really! Boros needs a solid 1CMC dude to get things rolling and this guy has the perfect balance of power and setback. No rarity but it is certainly an uncommon right!? 19/20

Target player reveals his or her hand. You choose a nonland card from it. If that player has more than one copy of that card in his or her hand, that player discards that card.

The only ideas worth having are the unique ones.

## I am a rock player and always will be, Cabal Therapy, Duress, Thoughtsieze, IoK all great - your card is a little feeble in comparison. 14/20

Firemind's Brilliance {U/R}

Instant (uncommon)

Choose one — Draw a card; or Firemind's Brilliance deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

## This is a hard call but I have to say your card awesome!! Get me a playset - I really admire it, it would never see print though as it is half a micron too good. 19/20

Evolve

If a counter would be placed on ~, put twice that many counters on ~ instead.

1/1

## I completely agree with your entry. If evolve is to be relevant this card needs to be printed. 18/20

Face my world! - Sorin Markov

## This is interesting, it looks like a card from Invasion perhaps. No rarity? Common/Uncommon? Nice design but what deck would run it?

Howling Ghoul B
Creature - Zombie Rare
When Howling Ghoul dies, each player discards a card.
Whenever an opponent draws 2 or more cards in a turn, you may return Howling Ghoul from your graveyard to your hand.
Don’t close this tomb.
1/1

## A great Zomb, it is true, designwise it is hard to fault. Yet Gravecrawler is far more attractive as his return is something I control. 17/20

Balaviaris wrote:
Ethereal Shackles B

Enchantment - Aura Common

Enchant Creature

Enchanted creature gets -1/-1 for each enchantment you control and loses first strike.

## This is a card that would Wizards would print. It is perfect from that perspective. Deadweight is more functional in general. 19/20

The end of thousand lives is merely the beginning of two thousands more.

## We all like a bit of combo - Biovisionary is exciting. This needs a deck built around it but it has the sand to be really fun and powerful to boot. 20/20

aule wrote:

You may choose not to untap ~ during your untap step. If you do, put a charge counter on ~.
T: Add 2 to your mana pool.
T, Sacrifice ~: Add X to your mana pool, where X is the number of charge counters on ~ plus one.

## One word: Broken. Designwise it is cool though and would be a really sweet 2CMC card. Wizards would print it as a 4CMC I think - if at all. 10/20

Stucco wrote:
Pyreside Ritual..............R
Sorcery........................R

As an additional cost to cast Pyreside Ritual, you may discard any number of red cards.

Pyreside Ritual deals 1 damage to each creature. Then for each red card discarded to cast Pyreside Ritual, it deals an additional 1 damage to each creature.

Revenge is a dish best served in flames.

## This is wonderful, but why just creatures? Think of Firestorm, the sorcery aspect of your card justifies the 1+ discarded cards. 17/20

Domine wrote:

Destroy target creature, You lose life equal to it's converted mana cost.

"He will not be remembered"

Uncommon.

Pun with the flavor text totally intentional, I hope it's clear enough.

##Love it, want it, need it!! Is it OP though? Almost but no. Nice overall design. 19/20

Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay {WB}. If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)

## This is elegant and as a common is spot on - yet as an uncommon and having EtB each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life - would not be OP and far more pleasing (IMHO). 17/20

BAIRDSY

## Subtle entry but done to death IMHO. 12/20

Counter target blue instant or sorcery spell unless its controller pays UU.

This is not Gutteral Response and is a strange entry; unless they pay UU? I like it though! It has panache. 16/20

"I know what your up to, and your kind are not welcome around here."

## This is really creative and a such I dig it. Rarity? Common I feel. It fits Azorius perfectly; stall! Yet it could be more - I don't know how...but I want more from it. 15/20

Flippi wins it with Zenot Crocodile, Congrats to U!!

If you do not post a new CAC within 2 days of this post, then ck3gds can do it, if after 3 days of this post he does not post a new CAC then Domine can do it.
