Remove a +1/+1 counter from Raging Grizzly: Exile target spell that targets a permanent you control.

Terramancer 1G

Creature - Human Wizard

Treat spells as tough they were lands (they don't use the stack, they are not considered as "casted" and can only be played any time you could play a land)

Spells are a part of nature, just like a tree, a river, or a rock, most mages have forgotten this and prefer to cast them from books, I go to the root of magic: Nature itself.

2/2

Rare

I've already used this in a previous CaC but I find the design pefect por for requeriments, it hates on storm, it slows games and it hates counters too... it's just too versatile

Players play with the top card of their libraries revealed.
Pay 2 life, T: Each player put the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
Don’t let a dream get in the way, at any cost.

Suspicious Cavedweller BR
Creature - Lizard Mutant
Creature spells cost 2 more to play.
He thought he was shunning society, but the opposite was true.

XXXX: destroy target nonland permanent with converted mana cost X.

2/1

(I'm assuming hate bears are meant to "hate" against a particular strategy, so this kills tokens and moxen, as well as having the very restricted ability of killing larger creatures).

Maybe XXX1 would be more appropriate so it's closer to hatebear than brutalrapethatrequiresreconstructivesurgerybear, while also making it more reasonable to kill 1-2 drops.

Honestly I think the pricing is fair, given that ratchet bomb, pernicious deed, engineered explosives, etc. are all cards.

If anything, the quadruple X cost makes it unplayable

You wouldn't play a 2 power creature for 2 mana that blows up any token at instant speed for free any number of times in a turn? Even 4 colorless mana for destroying any nonland permanent that cost 1 under those conditions is pretty good. All of the comparisons you drew are relatively invalid because you don't get to pick and choose what stays and goes with those cards, at least within the same mana cost.

If my meta called for it, I would sb it in against tokens or possibly sligh, if 1 drops were a problem, but to kill 2 drops (and your guy) you're looking at a 8 mana investment.

Goblin Bear-breaker 1R

Goblin Bear Scout

When Goblin Bear-breaker enters the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to each player.

Players cannot gain life.

Damage cannot be prevented.

For every goblin that learns to ride a bear, ten more died trying. It really must be a whole lot of fun." ~Krenko, Mob Boss

Amazed Unicorn 1W

Creature - Unicorn

All non-basic permanents are legendary.

2/2

The question is not whether we believe in unicorns or not, but if they believe in us.
