Create a 1/1 creature card with a casting cost of at least 4 that would be playable in standard.

Judging will be in approx 3 days time and will be completely subjective.
Judging will be based on the following:
Creativity : 5 points
Power : 5 points (suitably playable but not overpowered)
Flavour : 5 points
Loveability : 5 points (just how much I like it)

+++first thought to make it a tutor for 4 or less cmc, but then i felt it would be way too powerful. (*restoration angel). also thought on giving him deathtouch, but same problem (*ajani or lili with protection?)

Whenever another creature dies, put a +1+1
counter on Scavenging Ghoul.

Sacrifice a creature: Target creature gets -1-1
until end of turn.

Legendary Creature - Mutant (Mythic)

Unnamed Genetic Experiment is all colors.

If green was used to play Unnamed Genetic Experiment, Unnamed Genetic Experiment enters play with 3 +1/+1 counters. If white was used, put 2 1/1 white soldier tokens in play when it enters the battlefield. If blue was used, draw a card. If black was used, destroy target nonblack creature. If red was used, Unnamed Genetic Experiment deals 3 damage to target creature or player when it enters the battlefield.

If only colorless mana was used to pay for Unnamed Genetic Experiment, do all of the above.
