Also on a side note: Balaviaris' card does not work as intended. The term "up to" allows a player to chose zero for that number. Just for the record. I think the idea is great. I just want to know how far behind i am Wink


I don't think you're reading its intention right. It doesn't say "you control" anywhere. Each player gets to tap that many of their opponent's permanents. It's like the opposite of Tangle Wire, more or less.

It's still pretty balanced because your opponent gets to tap your stuff first, so you have to be careful about when you play it. I like the idea a lot, I think it'd be fun to play around with/against.

true, but I said it was a tangle wire effect, not tangle wire itself. but you are right it would be fun to play with.

So if it cant be cast this seems like it is a straight up combo with cascade but even cascade says cast so how are you supposed to play this? I think the wording needs to change slightly.

My bad sort of, the reminder text I gave is an old one from Evermind. I should've put the current one ("Nonexistent mana costs can't be paid.") instead Razz
