If you would cast a card for its miracle cost, you may instead exile that card and place a miracle counter on it.

Each turn, place a miracle counter on cards exiled with Miracle Jar.

You may play cards exiled with Miracle Jar for their miracle cost plus 1 for each miracle counter.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if Vampiric Pact has at least one blood counter on it, you may pay an amount of life equal to the number of blood counters on it. If you do, remove a blood counter from it, then search your library for a card, shuffle your library and put that card on top of it.
