After some spoiler's i begin to think about list to play World's Qualifier. (Russian one). We will be almost first one's that will suffer the AVR meta shift. And meta will be quiet unstable.
So thinking of something like:
    // Lands
    4 [SOM] Copperline Gorge
    4 [ISD] Hinterland Harbor
    6 [ISD] Island (2)
    1 [ISD] Forest (3)
    1 [ISD] Mountain (1)
    1 [ISD] Sulfur Falls
    2 [AVR] Desolate Lighthouse
    4 [AVR] Cavern of Souls

    // Creatures
    4 [ISD] Delver of Secrets/Insectile Aberration
    4 [ISD] Mayor of Avabruck/Howlpack Alpha
    2 [ISD] Daybreak Ranger/Nightfall Predator
    4 [DKA] Huntmaster of the Fells/Ravager of the Fells
    3 [ISD] Snapcaster Mage

    // Spells
    4 [M12] Ponder
    4 [NPH] Vapor Snag
    4 [M12] Mana Leak
    1 [NPH] Noxious Revival
    2 [SOM] Galvanic Blast
    4 [AVR] Temporal Mastery
    1 [AVR] Tamiyo, the Moon Sage


17 human's so Cavern of soul's not only make's them split second one's, it also stabilizes it in 3 color's.

Lighthouse - Revival engine to operate with opening hands or recently drawn Temporal Masteries.

Singleton Tamiyo is awesome in lategame. It disable's the main engine's of almost every deck's (Wolf run\titan\pod) or if we are ahead, push's us over the top (draw 3 for huntmaster, wolf and delver attacking is awesome).

Sideboard really depends on what we might see. It should Include:
2 Naturalize
1 Ancient Grudge
1(maybe 2) Thrun's
2(maybe 3) Zealous Conscripts (against ramp\control\planeswalker deck's).
Mix of negate's\flashfreeze's\dissipate's\mental misstep's(against delver).

Any thought's\idea's\improvement's?

4 temporal mastery and 1 noxious revival that are only good with your 2 copies of a utility land in a 3-color aggro deck? I don't think so.

And I hate to be that guy, but you really don't need that many apostrophes.

Other than your overuse of apostrophes, your English is pretty good.

Also, 3 colors seems to be too much for Delver. I don't think you can afford not to drop something on turn one.

Well he has 10 lands that do t1 delver, relatively decent chance of getting one of them. Do not know how I feel about that land base though regardless. Id run gutshot over galvanic blast even with red sources in the deck. No guarentee of getting them. Haven't tested the miracle cards so can't really say much on how effective they will be. I can see how powerful of an effect time walk could be with cards the flip based on not playing spells though.

I agree with all of this. You're a base blue UG deck that splashes for Huntmaster. You really should have more untapped blue sources. When you have 9 untapped t1 red sources (5 for galvanic blast) and only 10 for Delver, something is wrong. Maybe cut some Mountain or Hinterland for basic Islands? Or better yet, cut the Lighthouse.

Add zeniths and cut some numbers of green creatures (helps flip delver as well), maybe a singleton moonmist? Smile Also the new UG land would be nice here, helping the transformations without losing an entire round.
