You *will* need more lands. I'd suggest at least 24, which has a higher chance of getting you 3 lands on turn 3 (which you'll need, as you're blue).

Trim down your spells to the cards which you will use - the cards which you will almost always be happy to draw. The key to standard is consistency - you want to be able to do what you want to do to win as often as possible.

12 lands is good for a deck like Dredge that wants to play 1 land the entire game. Not for a deck that wants to play 5-mana spells. Land is good. Mana screw sucks. Play at least 22.

Elixir of Immortality was reprinted in M12, making it standard legal. It's still not a good card in the maindeck. Mana leak is better.

Mana from Myr Reservoir can't be used to cast Myr Superion.

You might want to add a couple Azure Mages and a single Blue Sun's Zenith, just for fun. 2 Myr Galvanizer + Palladium Myr = Infinite colorless mana. If you also have a Silver Myr, you get infinite Blue mana. Both the mage and the zenith are good cards already, so having a free "oops, I win" is always fun.
