taunting elf has a power of 0, virulent swipe makes his power 2. does this mean he deals 2 damage to all of my opponents creatures since they all block it??? sorry for all the questions. i have a 20 month old son and want to be up to speed before he can learn to play....

No, you get to deal 2 damage total. Normally, you have to deal lethal damage to a creature before you can choose another creature to deal damage to, but since 1 point of deathtouch damage is considered lethal damage you would be able to deal 1 damage to 2 different blocking creatures.

For example, 2/1 deathtouch gets blocked by a 2/2, a 3/3, and a 4/4. You can deal 1 damage to the 4/4 and 1 damage to the 3/3. After combat damage is dealt the 3/3 and 4/4 would die to the deathtouch.

Your deck is definately Vintage (T1) and Legacy (T1.5) legal. Possibly a legal Modern deck but you would need to go through what sets the cards are from to make sure.

Overall though, I would say your deck is a casual deck. If you brought it to a serious tournament people would be able to tell you are new ;P.
