For this Create A Card, the rules are as follows:

1) Your card must have a CMC of 8 or more.
2) Your card must be Standard playable.
3) Your card must be an uncommon or a common.

You can find creative ways to make the card cost less (a la Blasphemous Act, Autochthon Wurm, etc.), but the printed cost on the card has to follow the CMC 8 rule.

RUBRIC
MECHANICS
3 points for a card that would see print by Wizards, has a common or uncommon rarity that matches its power level, and that has CMC greater than 8 and is standard playable.
2 points for a card that may be slightly over or underpowered by itself, or mismatched to its rarity, or probably wouldn't see much if any Standard play.
1 point for a card that has significant power level issues, or is a completely inappropriate rarity, or is unplayable in Standard, but still does something new and interesting with CMC 8, or one that is OK with power level and rarity but doesn't cost 8 to cast at all, or is a rare/mythic rare.
0 points for a card that doesn't fit any criteria whatsoever.

FLAVOR
2 points for a card that has a name, type/s, ability/ies, and flavor text that work together as a cohesive whole. In addition, the card is worded as a normal Magic card is.
1 point for a card that has a name, type/s, ability/ies, and flavor, but that don't work quite as well together, or for a card with some spelling/layout errors.
0 points for a card that doesn't include any attempt at flavor whatsoever, or that has serious spelling/layout errors.

Instant - Uncommon

Accumulation of Knowledge costs 1 less for each card in your hand.

Draw two cards.

There are advantages to being secluded in an ivory tower.

7B - Underworld Extraction
Instant - Uncommun

You may exile any number of cards from your graveyard
Underworld Extraction's cost is reduced by 1 for each
card removed this way.

Put target creature card from your graveyard onto the
battlefield under your control. It gains : "At the beginning
of your upkeep, if there are no cards in your graveyard,
reveal your hand and library. Exile all copies of this
creature, then shuffle your library."

Devil's Bargain 8BB
Sorcery - Uncommon

You may exile any number of cards from your graveyard,
Devil's Bargain's casting cost is reduced by 1B for each
card removed this way.

Destroy all creatures you don't control, then return the
creature with the highest converted mana cost destroyed
this way to the battlefield under your control. You lose life
equal to that creature's converted mana cost.

Any number of target creatures get +3/+3 and gain trample and hexproof until end of turn.

Unstoppable Stampede costs 1 less to cast for each creature it targets.

Insightful Imp (7)(U/B)

Creature - Imp (uncommon)

Flying

If insightful Imp is in your hand, you may name a card and have target opponent reveal a card at random from his/her hand. If the revealed card is the named card, Insightful imp's converted mana cost is reduced by (7) until the end of turn. Use this ability only as a sorcery and only once each turn.

Whenever Insightful Imp enters the battlefield, draw two cards.

Am I correct in the assumption that the Suspend will play it rather than cast it so that it either has the Modular X or Modular 10?
suspend allows you to play a card without paying its mana cost. Additionally, if it is a creature, when it would enter the battlefield from suspend it would gain haste.

Anyways on with my submission.

Waves of Flame (2/R)(2/R)(2/R)(2/R)(2/R)

Sorcery - Uncommon

Waves of Flame deals 5 damage to target player and 3 damage to each creature that player controls.

Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)

The rules do not support what you are trying to achieve with Modular X from Suspend X. There are also practical memory issues. I would suggest finding a much simpler way of doing this.

Pilgrim of Avacyn costs 6 less if you control seven or more lands.
When Pilgrim of Avacyn enters the battlefield, search your library for an Angel creature card, reveal it and put into your hand.

He searched. He was found.

when Scarred angel comes into the battlefield, you may search for an enchant card, then shuffle your library. you gain life equal to the mana cost of that card.
