the way i saw bertoncinis cheating actions. those happened on accident and when he noticed it(or may be not) he just left it as it is. ok that would probably also be considered as cheating, but it wasnt his whole intention to cheat the fuck out of this game.

The problem with a lot of that is that he's a top tier player who has been caught making these "sloppy" plays over and over again. The video with double explore is simply ridiculous. He plays a land for the turn, explores, plays another land, preordains, thinks, pretends to read something and then plays another land and immediately passes the turn (you can see that playing the land and instantly passing was a conscious decision). He noticed that his opponent doesn't pay enough attention and even if he did notice, he seemed timid enough to just allow him to "back up" without a warning.
He's good, what can I say

@kabelis i only know of 2 situations in one he forgot to desideboard and this way he just won due to a sower of temptation, its obv cheating but not his whole intention from the beginning. 2nd situation is he has kira in play opp has jace tms and cursed scroll and activated jace first on kira and then scroll. next turn he plays a 2nd kira but since his opp did it so fast he just put kira in his hand instead of his grave. in the video it looked like he was a bit nervous and confused. if you know more clear situations then its obv right to call him a cheater. i cant say hes a cheater in general just by telling from these 2 situations. i can tell by myself i would act the same way and I also just play another land when im not sure if i already dropped my land for the turn.

Honestly, the most telling part to me was the part in the article where he asked the judge to downgrade his warning to a caution. Who does that? What would give you the idea to start doing it?
