Personally I like Sceptre beats. It's like a strictly better stensia bloodhall or something.

Chapin's Grixis (4c) control is close to what you'd need.

Take a look at it.

Personally, if I were to twist it into 5c (which I wouldn't because that list is quite perfect for this meta imo) I would do the following:

Cut the mana leaks, and maybe 1 or 2 forbidden alchemies:
Splash a couple timely and oblivion rings.

Even so, I believe it'd be suboptimal, and if you want a heavier white-base to include day of judgements and the sort, then you're better off playing Solar Flare and UBx caw-go.
