Should probably put in Invisible Stalker for your ninja and since you have a lot of artifacts, perhaps Thirst for Knowledge.

Also, it might be best to post this in the casual decks section since you seem more interested in an aesthetically pleasing deck than a powerful/competitive one.

Phantom Bear?
Snapcaster is definitely an idea.
Despite Vault Skirge being playable in here (it's black but costs Phyrexian mana) I don't think it's that good in here - sure it has evasion for the Ninja, but then you have to play it again and hit yourself for another 2 if you Ninjitsu it back up.
