OK the deck plays sorta like storm but past in flames puts it over the edge with constant turn 4 and turn 3 kills some turn 2 even. I feel I need more win cons or draw and maybe pyromancers acension

Pact of Negation might be a good addition if you are really able to combo out that early on.

This is the version i have been running with great success.

2 Mountain
2 Island
4 Scalding Tarn
4 Arid Mesa

3 Vision Skeins

4 Pyretic Ritual
4 Desperate Ritual
4 Grapeshot
4 Peer Through Depths
4 Seething Song
4 Pyromancer's Swath
2 Past in Flames

SB
4 Magma Jet
4 Empty the Warrens
4 Goblin Bushwhacker
3 Remand

I really like the vision skeins as it is a GREAT play on your opponents end step the turn before you go off. More than a few times I have done 20 damage via grapeshot without the pyromancers swath by just using rituals, probes and manamorphose with past in flames. I think that 2 past in flames is the right number as you really don't want to draw multiples. Reducing the number of rituals is a bad idea as you need them to go off reliably.
