A long time ago in a Plane far, far away....Soldier, Kinght adn Co. was only Soldier and Knight, at this time they are Human Soldiers and Human Knight. (es. Benalish Hero , Kjeldoran Knight )

Next time, with innistrad, be Human must be more relevant that in the past, at same time this question become more and more relevant "Soldier Token, are human or not?"

unless the card that produces it is errataed, the soldier token is just that - a soldier.

This is because a wide variety of cards produce soldier tokens, not all of them human themed.

Not so mutch cards prodduce Soldier tokens

http://magiccards.info/query?q=o%3Asoldier+o%3Atoken&s=cname&v=card&p=1

14 of them protuce a different kind of soldier, but is clear that is Goblin Soldier or Kithkin Soldier , only soldiers that could be human soldiers are only soldiers, ok we should wait for a errata, but it is logical to suppose that there is a need for an errata

You need to look on the Wizard's Gatherer website and see what the Oracle text is. Most of the old cards on MWS should have the Oracle errata too so it's probably easier to look there with a filter.

Since tokens are not on Gatherer you need to look at the Oracle text of the card that creates the token.

I found 29 different cards which make Soldier Tokens, including Kor Soldiers, Kithkin Soldiers, Goblin Soldiers, Bird Soldiers, Ally Soldiers, and of course just plain old Soldiers. Ironically, not a single one of them makes Human Soldiers.
