Hey there!
Even though I still dont really found a liking in the new modern format, I have been curious in reviving old archetypes.

Everyone knows about Zoo and 12Post, the current decks to beat it seems, as well as Merfolk and Affinity, two aggro decks with recent success here on ML.

The deck I choose to tinker with was not an aggro deck, as the title says already Razz

First things first: The Decklist!

// Lands
6 [ZEN] Plains (4)
2 [ZEN] Scalding Tarn
2 [CHK] Boseiju, Who Shelters All
3 [ZEN] Arid Mesa
2 [DIS] Hallowed Fountain
6 [ZEN] Island (2)
2 [WWK] Celestial Colonnade
1 [SOK] Oboro, Palace in the Clouds

// Spells
4 [M11] Preordain
4 [FD] Pentad Prism
3 [10E] Wrath of God
2 [RAV] Telling Time
4 [SOK] Enduring Ideal
2 [NPH] Phyrexian Unlife
2 [9E] Form of the Dragon
1 [DIS] Dovescape
1 [SOK] Meishin, the Mind Cage
4 [TSP] Lotus Bloom
4 [M12] Ponder
1 [M11] Leyline of Sanctity
1 [9E] Zur's Weirding
1 [BOK] Genju of the Realm
2 [ROE] See Beyond

// Sideboard
SB: 2 [CHK] Boseiju, Who Shelters All
SB: 2 [SHM] Greater Auramancy
SB: 4 [M11] Mana Leak
SB: 1 [8E] Confiscate
SB: 4 [CFX] Path to Exile
SB: 1 [ARB] Necromancer's Covenant
SB: 1 [GP] Debtors' Knell

Card choices step by step

Lands:

Pretty basic stuff. Collonade can provide some aiding in the late game as well as it can actually block flyers!
Oboro is there to support another card in the Maindeck, namely Meishin, the Mind Cage.
Boseiju makes sure nothing interferes when you want to cast the decks namesake spell.
Fetchlands were added for making those Ponders better.

Maindeck:

The heart of the deck consists of a lot of draw, a sweeper, your I win spell, enchantments and mana accelerators.
Preordain, Ponder (+Fetches) and Telling Time help you draw your right spells together and dodge those high cost enchantments you want to search up most of the time anyway!
See Beyond draws as well but it can also shuffle back enchantments you dont want to see in your hand.

Wrath of God is just your standard sweeper, so you have enough time to go off in case you need more time for your lotus bloom or you didnt draw that Ideal yet.

Pentad Prism and Lotus Bloom provide fast acceleration to make you go off on turn 4 or 5 on a constant basis.

Enduring Ideal, well, it just makes you go off and start to assemble your enchantment lock in the next turns to come as well as getting you there to win the game.

Form of the Dragon provides a 4 turn clock and protects you from pesky creatures on the ground.

Phyrexian Unlife, while not nearly as good as Solitary Confinement, is a huge player in the deck. For its low cost it has a huge impact on the game. 1. You virtually get 10 extra life 2. An attack for 10 dmg while you are on 5 life will set you to -5 Life and not to 5 Poison. Form at the end of your turn will stack your life right up again! Remember that you cant pay life for Boseiju when you have 1 or less life!

Dovescape is pretty self-explanatory but just dont hard cast it!

Meishin is there to search up for to shut down the fliers your opponent may have. (see Dovescape )

Genju is another win option you can search up.

Zurs Weirding can help you control your opponent out while grinding away on his life with Form.

Leyline is needed to for on Ivory Mask effect so you dont die to random burn.

Sideoboard:

Far from perfect of course.

Boseiju against countermagic from your opp.

Greater Auramancy for enchantment hate. Its low casting costs makes it easy to hardcast.

Mana Leak is there to take on the control role.

Confiscate that Emrakul by searching this up with your epic copy!

Necromancers Covenant to battle Dredge.

Debtors Knell for creature decks.

Matchups:

Aggro is nicely in our favor. They are not fast enough to kill you on turn 4 most of the time so searching up wrath and phyrexian unlife.
Unlife is the MVP together with Form and Leyline! SB provides hate against the hate of Gaddock and Mindcensor.

12Post ist just horrible because you have no way to interact. Maybe Spreading Seas help.

Dredge/Dredgevine can be too fast sometimes but then you just shut them down.

I couldnt test further than those MU so far but except for some few MU I suspect this to be a top contender in the upcoming Modern format.

Comments and help appreciated.

I'd suggest Paradox Haze as a great addition to any Enduring Ideal deck. It lets you not only tutor up two enchantments every turn after you fetch it, but it also doubles your burn with Form of the Dragon every turn.

It just seems horrible that you have no way to race or stop 12post from just casting an emrakul and killing you.
