Okay so I am taking the rules from the CaC I created about a week and a half ago.

General rules:

1. Judge posts the card criteria;

2. People make card(s) based on the criteria;

3. Judge picks a winner; and

4. The winner becomes the judge for the next round.

---
In order for the judging to not be totally random, this is what I will be looking at.

Rarity - 5pts - does this card make sense at its rarity? Does it have a powerful, flashy effect?

Flavor - 5 pts - does the flavor match the effects? Is it in the right color? Does the flavor text help instead of hinder?

Fun - 5 pts - would this card be fun to play with? would it create fun interactions with other cards?

Originality - 5 pts - does this card do something that we haven't seen before?

Clarity - 10 pts - Is it easy to tell what this card does? It is a big run-on sentence?

Challenge:

Create a card with the word "Destroy" in the rules text.
-and-
Create a card with an "If/Then" clause. ("If X happens, then Y happens" for example.)

There are too many create-a-card competitions that just randomly start up then die off. I hate you, the internets.

So, to express my hate to all of you, I will be extremely literal with this challenge.

Assassin's Toolkit | RBW
Sorcery (Rare)

Choose One: Deal 3 damage to target creature or player, destroy target non-black creature, or remove target creature with converted mana cost 4 or more from the game.

"Everything the budding murderer needs, except an alibi."

Alibi | 1U
Instant (Uncommon)

Counter target spell unless it's controller pays 3.

If an opponent who has cast a spell this turn controls a land that could produce U mana, then counter target spell instead.

"Everything the budding murderer needs, except a toolkit."

There ya go, I did what the challenge said.

Edit: If both spells cost 1 more, it could be a split card!

Edit Edit: But I am expressing hate towards the other people, so fairness has nothing to do with it. Besides, the judge will probably just say a few snazzy words, calling me an ass in so many words, then throw my entry out of the competition.

Edit Edit Edit: Extra spicy hate to you Doom for stealing my idea of having removal that goes back to your hand if your opp controls more creatures than you.

Just what the hell are you doing? You're either genius or insane, maybe both.

You just made a card that says "tap all creatures". Lol.

Btw, there's no if clause in this.

Destroy History 1BBB

instant - rare

Search target players library for upto 4 cards and remove them from this game, then that player shuffles his library, destroy target white or blue creature. If you were dealt damage this turn you may pay BB to return destroy history to your hand.

There's a saying that history is written by the winners. I say rubbish this very place has taught me, history is written by the powerful and the winner and the powerful are not always the same.
