Prerelease, Phyrexian or Mirran?

What is Mirran and Phyrexian? Is it just another way of saying infect and non-infect?

Phyrexian for a couple of reasons.

1) Mirran may be better in scars however mirran blows and is far too slow in besieged while Phyrexian is solid in scars and amazing in besieged.

2) Money wise just check out the ferrett's article (http://www.starcitygames.com/magic/scarslimited/21032_Every_War_Boils_Down_To_Money_Mirran_or_Phyrexian_at_the_Prerelease.html) and phyrexia comes out on top as well. Money rare wise both factions yield tezzeret, however phyrexia gives you massacre wurm, the best 2 zenith's, inkmoth nexus, colossus and the better crusader while Mirran has thrun and sword and that is about it.

3) Besieged seems like you will be forced into GB or RW however GB has more cards that allow you to splash a third color being the fact that it is green, (horizon spellbomb, viridian emissary) and being able to splash arrest, gal blast, or even blue for thrummingbird/corrupted conscience, or some bomb rare.
