-yea it probably should be to cast any number of mutlicolored spells from your hand
-this card isnt really made for the current standard more for the lorwyn shards era with vivid lands and cruel ultimatums and such
-but yes we can edit his ultimate to cast any number of mutlicolored spells. for 7 loyalty i think its a decent cost.
This guy was intended for a 5cc deck with counters and board sweepers he isnt to come down to fast

I think I will make two cards here.

Dhampir, Lord of Mephidross 3BB
Planeswalker - Dhampir

+0: Dhampir, Lord of Mephidross deals 2 damage to each player and gains loyalty equal to damage dealt this way.
-3: Creatures you control are black vampires in addition to their other colors and types and have, "When this creature deals damage to a creature, put a +1/+1 counter on it." This effect doesn't end at end of turn.
-6: Return three creature cards from any graveyard to play.

3

Tasselhoff Burrfoot, Kindred Thief 1RW
Planeswalker - Tasselhoff

+1: Gain control of target non-creature permanent. Return it to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.
+0: Search your library for a card named "Fizban, the Fabulous", reveal it and put it into your hand and shuffle your library.
-7: You may put a card named Fizban the Fabulous from your hand into play.
" I'm not a thief! I'm just borrowing it." Tasselhoff Burrfoot
3

Fizban, the Fabulous 3RWW
Planeswalker - Fizban

+3: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, Fizban, the Fabulous deals 3 damage to each creature target player control. If you lose the flip, Fizban, the Fabulous deals 3 damage to each creature you control.
-X: Destroy target artifact or enchantment with converted mana cost X.
-9: You get an emblem that says, "Whenever a non-creature permanent you don't control is destroyed, gain 5 life."
"What was that spell again...ah yes, Fireball!" Fizban, while held captive in a cart.
5

Edit: turns out I needed to make three...>.>

1UBW
Dakkon, Blackblade of Githzerai

Planeswalker - Dakkon

+1 Return target creature to its owner's hand. Then that player discards a card.

-1 Put a legendary X/X human warrior token named Korlash, Follower of Githzerai into play, where X is the number of lands you control.

-4 Count the number of cards in your library. Your life total becomes that number. Target player draws three cards and another target player discards three cards.

Starts off with 1 loyalty counter

Cannon to right of him, cannon to left of him, cannon in front of him, volley’d and thunder’d; Storm’d at with shot and shell, boldly he rode and well, into the jaws of Death, into the mouth of Hell charged Dakkon, the Blackblade

Ya know, on the note of WotC spying on our card creating games and stealing our ideas...

...I'd like to think at least 2 people who work for Wizards plays Magic here. I mean, if you love playing Magic, but you can't afford the outrageous cost on such a fragile investment, you're gonna play here, get good at Magic, and make money off MODO (or atleast get a lot of games for really cheap, and hopefully get 2 of each card in the set, which could be worth quite a lot <speaking of which, does Wizards really send you a holo Jace? That would be crazy as shit>, although maybe not a full return on the money you payed to play, but hey, you got the fun of playing, right?).

I dunno, I think WotC should appreciate this community more, if not for the fact that we are the people who play their game, then for the fact that we gave the world PV. And Julien, but that's another story.

+1: Target player chooses up to two creatures he controls and puts two -1/-1 counters on them, divided as he chooses. If he or she controls no creatures, he loses 2 life and you gain 2 life and you may put 1 additional Loyalty on Liliana.

-2: Put target creature card into the battlefield from any graveyard if its converted mana cost is less than or equal to Liliana's loyalty.

+0: Choose a color, then target player reveals his or her hand. If target player has a card of the chosen color in his hand, you may have him discard one of them, if you do, put a Loyalty Counter on Liliana.

-5: During the next opponent's turn, that player casts two creature spells. If he or she can't, then that player loses 4 life and you may put 3 Loyalty on Liliana.

Starting Loyalty - 3

Hopefully not too broken, and fun to play with.

the +3 is not a white ability maybe make him r/w. For long running white doesnt have direct damage, nor does it have any chaotic effects like that. I love the concept though, good work there.
