Ok, that +1 ability is a thing of beauty. I was reading it going 'Overpowered, more overpowdered, wow, that is overpowdered, oh, cool drawback!'


Lol Thats what i was thinking. It could be an amazing Plus 1. It has to go in the right deck, but it seems like he would be a good bonus to standard. help kill jace..lol.

When Spell Thief comes into play exile target spell. If a creature spell was exiled this way, you may put it into play under your control.

Who needs friends when I can take yours?

I don't think some of you understand what an ENGINE is. A counter spell slapped on a creature that also spelljacks creatures for UU is not only NOT an engine, but it is probably one of the most overpowered cards I've ever seen.

But yea none of the following people have submitted an engine, HujuVanikil's, niteshade, Duodax (thats just a card filter),caesarthehun, affinitommy. All of them are pritty much just one time utility cards.

An engine is something you can do over and over that gets incremental advantage or that directly enables/fuels a combo. Cards like Necropotence, Survival of the Fittest, Glimpse of Nature, Pyromancer's Ascension, are some varying. Discard spells, draw spells, card filtering spells, and one of the more broken counterspells I've seen aren't engines in the least.

Darksteel Factory (6)

Darksteel Factory is indestructible.
("Destroy" effects and lethal damage don't destroy it.)

Whenever a non token artifact you control enters the graveyard, you may exile it, If you do, put an indestructible 3/3 Artifact Gargoyle creature token with Flying named Darksteel Gargoyle into play.

Whenever you control more than 3 Darksteel Gargoyles, Exile Darksteel Factory and put an indestructible 3/3 Artifact Gargoyle creature token with Flying named Darksteel Gargoyle into play.

Edit - Reduced number of gargoyles required for exile trigger.

Lots of replies is a good thing! Very Happy

I had a feelling this might happen though. Judges may want to make them 8-max, as judging does take a good while if you properly assess all of the entries.

No way, but that does mean that a new thread is gonna have to be made for each game, so each game should last like a day or so, so that the mods won't get all like ZOMG YOU GUYS.
