Player A controls an Elspeth Tirell and a Auriok Replica.

Player B controls a glint hawk and attacks Elspeth Tirell. Can player A prevent this damage by sacking Auriol Replica?

revent all damage a source of your choice would deal to you this turn.

It prevents all damage that would be dealt to you.
It does not prevent damage that would be dealt to a creature you control.
It does not prevent damage that would be dealt to a planeswalker you control.

Redirection of damage to planeswalkers only applies to noncombat damage. Planeswalkers are directly attacked and the combat damage is thus dealt directly to them.

note, however, that auriok replica CAN prevent noncombat damage to a planeswalker. non-combat damage has to be routed through the player, so damage prevention to player works.
