I am so ready to play some magic. I keep getting unable to connect to chat because i am banned. Someone please help!!

Yes, not showing up and reporting wins for yourself can be ban worthy. Not being on IRC and joining events continuously can be ban worthy... It can constitute tournament fraud among other things.
