// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)

// Lands

4 [ARC] Graypelt Refuge

// Creatures
1 [PRE] Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
1 [ROE] Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
1 [ROE] Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre

// Spells
4 [ARB] Captured Sunlight
4 [WWK] Explore
4 [WWK] Treasure Hunt
4 [WWK] Amulet of Vigor

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [GTW] Kor Firewalker
SB: 4 [M11] Celestial Purge
SB: 3 [8E] Naturalize

Control the board. Draw a bunch of cards. Cast big things.

Pretty straight forward.

Any suggestions?

(Please play the deck before instantly assuming it's bad. It might look like it is at first glance, but it actually works very well. Thank you.)

I tried a list like that, But cascade + Everflowing Chalice didn't work that great.

I tried to replace the Captured Sunlight, but it wasn't nearly as consistant. Bascically everything it can cascade into helps a lot in most situations, and the life gain is needed against quicker aggro decks.

Also, I hardly have mana issues with the way it is now. Almost always do I either have an amulet in my opening hand, or get one very quickly.

I also tried Oblivion Ring in the main bored, Most of the time it isn't needed with the amount of control already in the deck. It does help a lot against plainswalkers though, so I decided to try it in the side.

People see the amulet of vigor and instantly think 'card disadvantage! ewwww!" but it isn't necessarily that simple. It adds speed, and speed is a form of card advantage too. Also for actual card count the deck has lots of other ways it makes up in actual cards. I've never played with the deck and have no idea how good it is. But I do know that just dismissing it cause of the amulets if wrong.

I replaced the Amulets with Khalni Gems. I thought it was a stretch at first, but it actually fit pretty well. It allows me to remove 4x tap lands and add 4x Tectonic Edge with out hurting the mana base, in fact it seems quite a bit more stable.

It seems like I have too much card advantage now though, if that's even possible. I find myself discarding 2+ cards a turn, so I made a few other small changes.

-4 Amulet of Vigor
-2 Sejiri Refuge
-2 Graypelt Refuge
-1 Day Of Judgement
-1 Divination

+4 Tectonic Edge
+4 Khalni Gem
+2 All is Dust

// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)

// Lands
4 [ROE] Eldrazi Temple
2 [WWK] Eye of Ugin
4 [ALA] Seaside Citadel
4 [WWK] Halimar Depths
4 [WWK] Celestial Colonnade
3 [WWK] Stirring Wildwood
1 [ZEN] Kabira Crossroads
2 [ZEN] Sejiri Refuge
2 [ARC] Graypelt Refuge
4 [WWK] Tectonic Edge

// Creatures
1 [PRE] Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
1 [ROE] Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
1 [ROE] Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre

// Spells
4 [ARB] Captured Sunlight
4 [WWK] Explore
4 [WWK] Treasure Hunt
2 [ZEN] Day of Judgment
2 [WWK] Jace, the Mind Sculptor
4 [ROE] All Is Dust
3 [M10] Divination
4 [ZEN] Khalni Gem

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [GTW] Kor Firewalker
SB: 3 [M11] Celestial Purge
SB: 4 [WWK] Rest for the Weary
SB: 4 [ALA] Oblivion Ring

I find that all is dust does the same job as day of judgement but better in most situations, and is only slightly slower. So I added 2 and cut a day of judgement.

Adding about 2 Primeval Titan would help you hit your temples and an Eye much easier. I like the gems over the amulet here.

if you find day of judgment a bit lacking you can run planar cleansing which kills planewalkers/enchantments like all is dust. all is dust also kills your jace, so id consider not running them and go for the cleansing. More reliable finisher could be nice, primeval titan searches for your eye of ugin and eldrazi temple to get your big 3. sb seems pretty well tuned to your worst matchup, minus the oblivion rings as your all is dust kills them.

your land is constantly falling, dont discount using landfall mechanics

All is Dust is 100% needed in this deck. A 5 mana (thanks to eye and temple) board clearer really gives him time to get his Eldrazi out.

Sorry, but the deck concept is bad. It's too slow. Wrath effects aren't enough nowadays. You lose to Valakut, UW Control and many of the other tier 1 decks.
