I've been working on this deck and tweaking to each deck in the meta and after a while of testing this is what i've come up with.

Looks good unfortunatly, this type of deck is really hard to give feedback for without some proper testing.

realms uncharted finds lands... not random 1 ofs that should be 3-4 ofs

liliana is strictly a tutor for whatever is needed/ only 1 steppe is needed, if knight makes it past the turn you play it its game over

Things I see:

The deck goes roughly 30-70 with fast aggro pre-board. It has 4 turn 2 drops, and some 3 mana removal... all at sorcery speed. (Grim Discovery is not a 2 Drop)

RDW/RbDW/Boros (Boros has a bit better probabilities) all really hurt. A turn 1 Goblin Guide when you are on the draw is usually 6+ unanswerable damage, plus more

My suggestion would be: A) MainDeck Day of Judgement OR B) MainDeck another 2-drop: Putrid Leech/Lone Missionary OR C) MainDeck some instant speed removal.

4x if you want it 1-2 times per game (BSA, KotR)
3x if you want it ~1 time per game (DoJ)
2x if you want it 0-1 times per game (or if you can tutor for it and might want it twice

And of course Planeswalkers depend on how much you are relying on them. Usually in the 1-2 range, but higher if they are crucial, but die easily.


Your advantage cards are Grim Discovery and Mass Removal Cards so I would say 4x Grim Discovery, 3x Pulse, 3x DoJ (if you use it) If you really like Consuming Vapors, Use it. x3

You need Creatures to win with and/or more DoJ. I'd go 4x KotR, 4x BSA, 4x Wall of Omens, 3x Ob Nixilist or 0x Ob Nixilist (He is really nasty late game with 7 mana and Grim discovery, playing a fetch and taking 6 life, but he may not be nasty enough. He also requires you to invest heavily in black. (You need 3 swamps instead of just 1).

I've tried some variants of your deck, and I like it, I just think you need to tweak it.
