So, we already know that Journey to nowhere/O-ring can remove Emrakul.

Is there any other removal in standard that can kill/remove him?

Scissors, since scissors beats paper. Unless it's a holo foil, then it counts as rock, so you would need to cover it with an island or something.

Really, the best way to stop him is to instant kill their sacrifice...wait, you sacrifice the creature as a cost to play that one 3U sorcery, right?

Vampire Nighthawk, Oblivion Ring, Executioner's Capsule, Sparkmage+Collar... There are many ways to deal with it.

what about mindbreak trap? Since it doesnt technically counter a spell.

It removes it from the game. Same as with Volcanic Fallout and Great Sable Stag.

exiling it also means the opponent doesn't get to shuffle his graveyard into his library
