WW could be more on the budget end as well. You really have to play the deck a lot to get the feel of the match ups though. Stoneforage Mystic and Elspeth are the only money cards that you need. If you have the $ then Walletslayer Angels, Fetchlands, and Steppe Lynx would a good fit. Kor Duelist is better in the list the Lynx due to lack of Fetchlands. This deck can not beat Jund, It can beat most of the decks that beat Jund. So this could be a good meta call for a FNM.

4 Stirring Wildwood
4 Terramorphic Expanse
14 Plains
2 Forest

4 Kor Duelist
4 Armament Master
4 Kor Firewalker
4 Devout Lightcaster
3 Kor Skyfisher
?
3 Stoneforge Mystic

4 Path to Exile
3 Oblivion Ring
3 Elspeth, Knight-Errant
1 Trusty Machete
1 Basilisk Collar
1 Behemoth Sledge
1 Sigil of Distinction

Sideboard
4 Vines of Vastwood
3 Pithing Needle
3 Celestial Purge
3 Kor Sanctifiers
2 Marshal Coup

I had the same problem, went with Valakut ramp, and has worked fine. Cost under 100 dollars. I consistently place at FNM with a field with jund, U/W control, and lots of aggro.

12 mountain
3 forest
3 terrormorphic expanse
2 raging ravines
4 Valakut, the mountain pinnacle

4 khalni heart expedition
4 rampant growth
4 harrow
4 expedition map
4 lightning bolt
2 burst lightning
3 earthquake
1 comet storm
1 khalni gem (late game burn/ mana fix)
2 Chandra Nalaar

3 BBE
3 SGC
1 Hellkite

SB: Tailor to your metagame, 4 Ruinblaster is a must though

Bloodbraid elf. One of the top 5 cards in standard. I would cut the gem to run 4 of them.

IMO BBE is a nono, most of the vala lists that place do not run them because there are allot of things you don't want to cascade into.

List seems solid. There was a list Brad Nelson posted up on www.channelfireball.com, and I think that is the best possible build (except it is a bit heavy on comet storms)
