My eldrazi elfs run extremely smooth, heres what i ran differently:

take out the 4 arbor elfs and put in 3 noble hierarchs.
take out the 4 vines of vastwood and put in 3 garruks
then with the extra 2 card slots put in ant queens.
With the ant queens out, you can pump out tokens to sac for eldrazi, pluss their good blockers. You have the basic idea down reall smooth though.

How is the 8 cipt lands slowing you down? If at all?>

Also Ant queen and master of wild hunt may be good additions to your deck. Ant queen is immune to bit blast and bolts.
