Okay. So. Polymorph... yeah.

// Lands
4 [ALA] Arcane Sanctum
1 [UNH] Swamp
3 [UNH] Island
4 [UNH] Plains
1 [M10] Gargoyle Castle
4 [M10] Glacial Fortress
3 [ZEN] Marsh Flats
4 [M10] Drowned Catacomb

// Creatures
4 [ZEN] Iona, Shield of Emeria

// Spells
3 [ALA] Elspeth, Knight-Errant
2 [ARB] Necromancer's Covenant
4 [M10] Polymorph
4 [ZEN] Day of Judgment
2 [CFX] Martial Coup
4 [CFX] Path to Exile
4 [ALA] Esper Charm
2 [M10] Mind Spring
1 [ALA] Resounding Wave
4 [M10] Sign in Blood
2 [ZEN] Sorin Markov

// Sideboard
SB: 2 [ARB] Identity Crisis
SB: 3 [10E] Flashfreeze
SB: 3 [10E] Deathmark
SB: 3 [CFX] Countersquall
SB: 4 [CFX] Celestial Purge

I'm 6-0 with this build. Basically the goal is to get a token and polymorph it into Iona. Pretty simple.

Any suggestions?

EDIT - The mana base seems to need some fixing.

Hmm, I must be blind or something, because there's no way someone would forget to add Progenitus in a Polymorph deck... Neutral

And where's Dragon Fodder? And Goblin Assault? And, since Worldwake is about to get released, Khalni Garden is a must in there. Summoner's Bane might fit in there as well.

Polymorph is way to easy to counter.. With a deck that isn't running any daunting creatures you're opponents got like what, five turns at least to draw one piece of spot control that can take out a 1/1? They don't need it for anything else except waiting for you to throw down the polymorph.

But your deck has lots of control, so many thats not a big issue for you.

Probably don't want 4 of a card you don't want to draw (Iona)

More than 1 is a good idea because there's a chance they'll be able to remove Iona, but 4 is probably too many.

I thought the same at first, but I even against mono-red I can easily get up to the 9 mana to hard cast it with out the polymorph.

I'm 12-2 with this build. Resounding Wave is probably going to get the axe.

... or more than 3 (+2) ways to get a token into play?

I think that new land that puts a 0/1 token into play might be good with polymorph.dec

l so as a jund player, if i hit thought hemorrhage your kinda screwed, you could still pull it out but your main win con is out the door. I would suggest that you go with 2 iona and 2 of something else.

I can tell that no one who has replied has actually tested the deck. Anyone with any actual feedback?

What do you use identity crisis in the sideboard for? If its just to make sure that polymorph resolves, might duress be better?
