Run fetch lands. All 8 with red in them, just to thin out your deck, helps you not draw lands.

And why not Ball Lightning instead of demigod? You plan to not reach the 5th turn.

And if this is legacy, why just not play all-in-red?

As per the fetchlands, there are actually 16 of them that have red in them and I suggest running more than 8 but serctainly less than the full 16. Also considering adding the RW dual land (plateau?) and putting in lightning helix's as they help your matchup against other aggro decks tremendously. Since you are not going to be targeting your opponents creatures too much you should consider lava spike. Also chain lightning makes sense.

1) Lower curve. You don't really have the means to make game last long enough for a Demigod, let alone multiples of them, to kick in. Nor do you have the lands. In other words, Demigods suck here.

2) Focus your strategy a bit more. If you plan on using creatures, use the efficient ones. Goblin Guide still seems like a must here, and Grim Lavamancer is a very strong means of getting damage through once the game gets stalled. Cursed Scroll and such are also decent in an RDWish shell, and Blistering Firecat is a decent top-curve finisher. If you go RDW, you play 4 Wastelands and Rishadan Ports. Period.

Alternatively, go straight Burn removing creatures altogether. This has the advantage of blanking opponent's removal, but given your average Legacy-deck only has ~4-8 removal spells, that isn't really that major an advantage.

Sligh falls somewhere in-between and is closest to what you're building right now. Sligh definitely doesn't want a curve as high as yours though; the deck works off mana efficiency and frankly, your deck isn't very efficient mana-spending wise.

3) Improve your burn. Chain Lightning is very much better than Incinerate, and I can't help but see Flame Javelin as an incredibly inefficient spell; you don't want to pay 3 for a burn-spell.

Price of Progress is indeed amazing against a large portion of Legacy-decks and an absolute must especially in mono-red (even with Waste/Port). Incinerate is still probably better than Flame Javelin if it comes down to that.
