Have you considered an ascension in this deck?
Its not the draw-iest deck out there but it looks like it might fit, would make anything thats not terminate pretty awesome.
I like the deck as it is, ascension is the only thing i could come up with ;o |

| I did think of pyro asc but I dont know what to take out for it =/. Wouldn't cascading into pyro asc late game suck ? |

+4 pyro acsension +4 divination.
Let me know how that works out for you, looks alot like my grixis creature less except Im running 2 jace 4 ponder 4 term 3 burst lightning instead of creatures |

| Earthquake is the only mass removal for grixis that I can think of, and it works great with Sphinx and Remnant since they fly. |

| The thing is, you can trade 1 for 1 with everything they play till you get acsension online then start tradeing 2 for 1 till you win. At least in my experiance |
