HHHmmmm... lets see... you're playing a green deck... playing a white card that you describe as a "fog" and want a replacement... how about.... Fog?

Splashing white for safe passage is usually not correct in m10 limited. Just play the fog and don't tell your friends.

Basically, I'm pretty sure most people will either say you need more Scute mob or that your deck isn't that good, but I think it's pretty cool.

I wouldn't splash white just for safe passage.

-4 Howling Mine
-4 Safe Passage
-4 Oracle of Mul Daya
-4 Time Warp
-4 Noble Hierarch
-2 Sleep
+4 Vedalken Heretic
+4 Cancel
+4 Lotus Cobra
+4 Gigantiform (Insane on scute mob)
+4 Negate

Fix your lands for U/G only and run only 22 lands (this includes 4 Misty Rainforest).

This leaves 2 open slots.

+2 Into the Roil or Garruk The Wild Speaker

Well, if you can afford them, the new Jace is especially good at giving Lorescale Coatl three +1/+1 counters per turn and finding MoaR SkUt MoB.
