maybe some fire-lit thicket and reduce your mountains
and the new kicker goblin instead of or in addition to avalanche riders

Isn't extended dominated by zoo which only needs 1 land in play to operate?

Blood Moon vs Zoo is hilarious, all his creatures will be 1/1's =/
Trinisphere owns Zoo.

You won't even need to go as far, Engineered Explosives also takes care of Zoo, and it's also quite versatile.

Well now that i think about it, your deck is RG, so you need a Bird or Hierarch to blow 3cc stuff up.

I kinda wasn't thinking about this deck when i suggested it, but lol i guess it can help Very Happy

True, but I think they're 2cc stuff are better threats.

Tarmogoyf, Qasali Pridemage, Jitte

Other 2cc stuff not threats

Teeg or Ethersworn canonist.

The only 3cc stuff that is a threat is Knight of the reliquary, but an opponent have hard time getting 3 lands vs land D.

After further testing, I decided to md 4 explosives (Meta call).

Matches:

2-0 vs Fairies
2-0 vs Grind Deck
2-0 vs Some sort of Reanimator
1-2 vs Doran
1-2 vs Naya Zoo

These matches were played before I had 4 explosive maindeck so hopefully those will help.

Do you really need 19 land and 12 mana producers?

That's like running 31 land almost.

Well the 12 mana producers are crucial, I need to start with 1 in hand or I won't disrupt his play until turn 3.

How many lands should I run?

I feel 21 lands wouldn't be bad...you are essentially worried about hitting a second land drop on turn 2...assume with 12 producers you will hit a first-turn accelerator, but then you need to hit a second turn land, otherwise your goal of t2 disruption fails.
