| if i have a puppeteer clique in play, and my opponent has a kitchen finks... if i volcanic fallout the board and both creatures are put into a graveyard (and persist is stacked) would i be able to resolve my persist before my opponents persist, targeting his finks with my puppet? |

That depends on whose turn is it. The abilities would first be stacked for the player whose turn is it, then the abilities of the player whose turn is not.
So, the nonactie player (the player that it is not his turn) would have his ability resolved first. Then, the active player (the player whose current turn is) would have his ability resolved after that. |

correct.
on your opponent's turn you get a 3/2 finks with no counters. on your turn he has his finks 3/2 with -1/-1 and puppeteer has to choose a legal target still in the graveyard.
fallout with both in play... great on his turn, average on yours.
blocking finks with clique is very good also |
