You call that a control deck, yet you have no mass removal. That's the key in any pure control deck, specially in the current metagame. This could be a good time for you to test Planar Cleansing since you rely mostly on spells to get the job done.
Baneslayer Angel, altough a strong card, isn't enough for itself to win you the game. You need a more reliable source to do that. Oona, Queen of the Fae should do it.
Silence, as well as Ponder, are not worth the slot. |

I think Unsummon should be replaced with Broken Ambition. I think the Silences should be moved to the board, it is kinda cool negate an oppponents turn but I don't think you have the card advantage AND sweeper available to pull it off.
You can also consider a black splash for Esper Charm (perhaps ponder switch) and Sphinx of the Steel Wind? |

You def need Hallowed Burial. I would run UWb. This is why. Esper Charm is really good. Also you have Bitterblossom, Sphinx of the Steelwind, Oona, Ethersworn Ajudicator, and Doom Blade.
You are running way to much countermagic to play anything other then mono-blue. You need to play mostly Islands, the new duels with filter lands, and 3-6 Borderposts. You are going to give up your first 3 turns to aggro anyway so make the most of it and ramp into Hallowed Burial. Really you should
Your spells should look like this. You could also drop Tezz and the posts for Bitterblossoms and more life gain. I like Tezz as he finds Ethersworn Ajudicator and Sphinx of the Steelwind. Also you can win with your Borderposts.
4 Esper Charm
4 Cryptic Command
4 Broken Ambition
2 Negate
3 Path to Exile
3 Hallowed Burial
3 U/W Borderpost
2 U/B Borderpost
1 Martial Coup
Your creatures are close but I would test this out.
4 Mulldrifter
3 Kitchen Finks
1 Ethersworn Ajudicator
1 Tezz
1 Sphinx of the Steelwind
Your sideboard could also be a little differant as this is an aggro meta.
3 Doom Blade or Infest
1 Dispeller's Capsule
1 Tezz
3 Baneslayer Angel
3 Meddling Mage
3 Sower of Temptation
1 Kitchen Finks |

been working on UW control myself actually and I agree with everyone here, that is a weak deck if you're trying to call it 'control'... here's my list:
// Lands
12 [ALA] Island (3)
4 [M10] Glacial Fortress
6 [ALA] Plains (4)
4 [SHM] Mystic Gate
// Creatures
3 [M10] Baneslayer Angel
1 [SHM] Oona, Queen of the Fae
// Spells
1 [CFX] Martial Coup
3 [CFX] Traumatic Visions
2 [EVE] Hallowed Burial
2 [SHM] Runed Halo
3 [LRW] Oblivion Ring
3 [M10] Negate
3 [M10] Jace Beleren
4 [LRW] Broken Ambitions
4 [LRW] Cryptic Command
3 [M10] Essence Scatter
1 [M10] Mind Spring
1 [LRW] Hoofprints of the Stag
// Sideboard
SB: 4 [M10] Flashfreeze
SB: 2 [ALA] Elspeth, Knight-Errant
SB: 2 [EVE] Glen Elendra Archmage
SB: 3 [LRW] Sower of Temptation
SB: 2 [M10] Pithing Needle
SB: 2 [CFX] Celestial Purge
the hoofprints is just a random card that got thrown in b/c I had an open slot for something |

| O-ring is something that I missed in my list. It's a great all around solution to trouble that you may get into. I wonder how well only 2 Wrath of God effects is going to work. Martial Coup is only effective as Wrath of God turn 7. How has your list tested without Path to Exile? That's an interesting ommission. |

i think most Uw(b) cntrol decks miss a very important card: Wall of Denial
a 0/8 for 3 mana that flies and has shroud. No one can burn it and it protects itself. i thought that card would change the control scene, but i never see anyone playing it
Here is my esper control:
// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)
// Lands
1 [LRW] Vivid Marsh
4 [LRW] Vivid Creek
1 [SHM] Swamp (4)
2 [SHM] Plains (1)
4 [ALA] Arcane Sanctum
4 [SHM] Reflecting Pool
3 [SHM] Mystic Gate
1 [EVE] Fetid Heath
3 [SHM] Island (4)
2 [LRW] Vivid Meadow
// Creatures
4 [LRW] Mulldrifter
2 [M10] Baneslayer Angel
4 [ARB] Wall of Denial
3 [SHM] Oona, Queen of the Fae
// Spells
4 [ALA] Esper Charm
3 [M10] Negate
3 [LRW] Broken Ambitions
2 [ALA] Oblivion Ring
4 [LRW] Cryptic Command
3 [EVE] Hallowed Burial
3 [CFX] Path to Exile
// Sideboard
SB: 3 [EVE] Glen Elendra Archmage
SB: 2 [M10] Pithing Needle
SB: 3 [ALA] Infest
SB: 3 [CFX] Celestial Purge
SB: 3 [LRW] Sower of Temptation
SB: 1 [CFX] Path to Exile
I have been thinking of taking out some of the CIPT lands because it slows me down in this fast aggro meta. |

Traumatic Visions and Mind Spring are the best cards of your deck, but only if you were playing Limited. |

Just in case you're not trolling, i think that if it was worth playing, it would be in a Uxx or Uxxx or Uxxxx deck, not a Ux deck, because countering for 5 mana is dumb and the fixing isn't quite needed in a 2 color deck. |
