dragons are nice But not a tier 1 deck though...
if u are trying for a tribal build (at least 20 dragons) is going to be rough...
if u're going for just some dragon deck, u should build more control for the earlier stages, or just somethings that keep u alive... And jund is definitively the colors u want to play (rgb) maybe some maelstrom pulses, terminates, and since it's a dragons deck Sarkhan Vol too...
i can't give a list though... cause i'm not sure i can build a good one :S |

what you need is to stage ealy board control.
Volcanic fallouts, infest, jund charms, you want to be alive when the dragons start to come out. Lighting bolts, other spot removal would be nice. |

If you want to use Dragons, Broodmate Dragon is by far the best. Shivan Dragon is ok too.
Dragons are slow (takes a lot of mana to cast), so you probably want some mana acceleration like Bird of Paradise or Rampant Growth. And as previously mentioned you need to get rid of early threats your opponents play, otherwise you're dead before your dragons ever enter the battlefield. |

Think of a "Tier" like a layer. The "Tier 1" decks are in the top layer, Tier 2 decks are under those, etc etc.
So what he means by saying your deck isn't tier 1 is that it's not a very good contender to other decks. |

You could play jund mana ramp with the new flip card.
Just play all control cards with the flip and some dragons. Focus on instants and some hand control so you can lay it down and deal with the threats whilst getting free spells.
4gg , can't remember the name. |

try a dragon ramp variant.
bloodbraid elf, broodmate, lavalanche, volcanic, maybe banefire.
just for starters. lose some of the crap in ur list and focus.
maybe finks or farhaven elf too.
goodluck! |

The problem with running that many dragons is the incredibly poor mana curve.
8cc: 4
7cc: 0
6cc: 12
5cc: 8
4cc: 2
3cc: 1
2cc: 4(4)
1cc: 0
24 cards costing 5 or more mana won't work. It is that simple.
The curve should be inverted. Maximum 10 cards costing 5 or more mana, the majority costing 2 and 3.
So find 10 dragons you want to keep and play creature removal plus mana acceleration in the other 24-26 slots of your deck.
Something like this:
2 Hellkite Overlord
2 Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund
2 Dragon Broodmother
4 Broodmate Dragon
2 Primal Command
4 Garruk Wildspeaker
4 Fertile Ground
4 Trace of Abundance
4 Volcanic Fallout
4 Maelstrom Pulse
4 Terminate
I haven't checked but I presume that many cards in this deck will be gone from Standard soon, but maybe there are helpful cards coming up too. |

| play some cheap defensive cards, like lightning bolt and volcanic fallout, to hold off opponents before the dragons take over! |

yeah...
Better with Fertile + Overgrowth? Going from 3 to 6 next turn is good enough since he wants to play dragons starting at 6 mana.
My basic list lacks tricks and game winners such as Banefire. |

| well if ur going for a dragon deck go with 3 broodmate 2 broodmothers 4 chameleon colossus and some other dragons and play the enchantment that gives all dragons +3/+3. I messed around with a funny elfball varient a while back that used mirror entity and that enchantment as the kill condition. |

| Yeah Colossus... I presumed he wanted a deck that doesn't rotate that soon, but yes he is probably the best dragon - although a purist may call it cheating to use him in a "dragon deck". |
