| if my opponent steals a creature with an equipped attached to it, does the equipment stay? |

| The equipment stays where it is, but control of the equipment does not change. |

| so.. he gets the equipment BUT if the creature he stole dies, i get it back?.. can he move the equipment from the stolen creature to one of his own? |

He can't move the equipment because he doesn't control it |

| He does not get the equipment. He gets the creature. The equipment simply stays where it is. Control of the equipment does not change, so the player who can play the activated abilities of the equipment also does not change. |

hmm
does that mean you can switch the equip from the taken creature back to your own side? |

| Yes. You may also play activated abilitise of that equipmet, for example Jitte or Demonspine Whip... |
