duuuuuuude!! you had the insane 5color hook up. and you fucked it up.
shame on you.

i think instead of telling you all the picks i would have done differently, i'll just say that p1p1 agony warp fits in more decks than paladin, and is an easy splash if you are in either blue or black. this on top of the fact that it's more powerful and is removal makes it a much better first pick...unless you want to force W/x aggro.
so, assuming you pick agony warp pick one, what would your next 7 picks be?

edit: if you want me to just spell it out for you, i guess i could do that too.

Yeah this was not the best draft.

P1p1 I think the warp is signifcantly better than the paladin as is the necropolis.

p1p2 I take the necrogensis with my pick which is the best card in the pack, with what you have I prefer the drum hunter but your pick is fine but i would still take the necro out of this pack even with pick 1 paladin.

p1p3 I take the arcane sanctum, I agreew ith your pick with what you had,

p1p4 I take the Executioners capsule though the savage lands is a valid pick also, with what you have already the pick should be vithian stinger never sighted caste sorcerer that could well wheel.

p1p5 I take the corpse over the metalurgeon, I prefer the yoked plowbeast, in naya.

p1p6 I take the courriers capsule, so by now I have agony warp, sanctum, executioners capsule, necrogenesis, corpse conniseur, courriers capsule whilst you have sigiled paladin, druid of the anima, sighe caste sorcerrer, knight of the skyward eye, Thorn thrash Vishano and rip clan crasher.

p1 p7 I take the undeadleotau your pick is right with what you have

p1p8 I take the naya panorama

p1p10 I take carrion thrash

p1p12 A ridic late kiss great news for me

p2p3 I like rupture spire more than gleam is just solves all your mana problems, certainly with my deck but even with yours.

p2p4 I take the rupture spire again your pick is fine for your deck

p2p5 I take the strider, I like the gleam more than your pick

p2p6 I take the rioters

p2p9 I get a fusion elemental

p3p1 I get a nemsis of reason (foil) your pick should have been the pridemage the behemoth may well wheel

p3p2 I get terminate you get yearnling

p3p4 this should be the twin blade again it is sick with exalted and if you can oick up a collosal might even better. This goes for either deck

p3p5 I get leech pridemage is better than sunlight

The route you took I do not feel was the best, but some of your picks are taking clearly weaker cards like sorcerer over stinger and beheamoth over pridemage both the cards you took may well of wheeled it all comes with experience anyway.

If I was gonna go 5 color, I guess it would be
agony warp
necrogenesis
obelisk of grixis
vithian stinger(or would mana fixin be more important early)
corpse connoisseur
couriour capsule
undead leatue

So it would be UB with the other colors splashed.

But how do you support 5 colors in limited? Do you just pick any mana fixers that come up?

The trick is still colour discipline you remain two core colours but take anything exceptionally powerfull in other colours, you really need to fully understand the card evalutions of all the cards in the set before you do it. Fixing is valued over anything but and sometimes before anything that is not absolutely awsome.

pack 1:
agony warp
necrogenesis
arcane sanctum
Executioner's Capsule
corpse connoisseur (Better than metallurgeon mostly for color reasons)
courier's capsule
undead leotau (sages if you took metallurgeon)
naya panorama
Volcanic Submersion
Carruion Thrash (meh)
Obelisk of Grixis (mana = important)
Kiss of the Amesha (!!!!!!)
shadowfeed (this is pretty okay against us so far)

pack 2:
Banefire (passing spire hurts, but banefire is sick..i could be wrong here)
Wall of reverance (this could be bad..but wall is just silly).
Rupture Spire
Rupture Spire
Yoke of the Dammed (strider's mana is too hard..not enough artifacts for it or mechanist)
Matca Rioters (you need some type of sweeper, but i think rioters is still better than suicidal charge here and you need blockers)
Filigree Fracture
Worldly Counsel
Suicidal Charge
Traumatic Visions (best table ever...okay not really, but it's good)
Pestilent Kathari
Pestilent Kathari
Bone Saw
Lapse

pack 3
foil nemesis (This is funny)
Terminate (i hate passing the thoctar tho, as you need another way to win)
Pale Recluse (pretty sure this is the best cycle for you, and you need it)
Jhessian Zombies
Jund Sojourners
Sanctum Plowbeast
Kathari Remnant (windmill slam that)
Jund Sojourners (you have enough fixing now)
Grixis Grimblade (soul manipulation seems good too, but this deck lacks early guys)
Firewild Borderpost (hackblade doesn't count as an early guy here cuz we're basically splashing red)
Naya Sojourners
Violent Outburst
Bemonspine whip
Architects of will (awesome 14th pick)

couple picks are pretty debatable (the first couple in pack two and the one with resounding thunder vs arcane sanctum early, and some in pack 3), but i think this is basically what you should go for in this draft.
...i've been drafting this kinda of deck almost every time...there are just so many ways to draft it, it's almost hard not to get it.
