2 Bituminous Blast
4 Blightning
2 Infest
3 Terminate

// Sideboard
SB: 3 [10E] Pithing Needle
SB: 4 [10E] Gutteral Response
SB: 2 [SHM] Wild Ricochet
SB: 4 [LRW] Magma Spray
SB: 2 Raking Canopy

The deck was designed to keep the board clear with pyroclasm, volcanics, and infests, yes 11 spells....and play only the larger creatures to survive those effects.

Possible creatures I could use....Graveborn Muse?

Help with the rest? Please don't just say the common, play fae, 5cc, or what not. I really want to play this to its fullest potential.

Thanks on the quick reply. I will be sure to add it in there as the unearth effect is also nice. I play tested it before with another list similar to this one.

I also did run lightning reavers...but they proved to be a bit slow. Any ideas on taking bloodbraid out in place of something else? or do you think it would be good.

Why Exotic Orchard??? Anyways, run TWO of them... Um where is gutteral response? Your a retard if you don't play some kind of anti-blue, and your gonna need a way to recurr cards liek makeshift man, and use some bitous blast for the cascade. Btw include Anathemancer hes very good in RB Blighting. But I've seen better decks in this field before.

i think that 11 board sweepers is way too many..

8 MD pyroclasms should be enough Razz

A really intelligent response. Was the retard part necessary? If anyone's a retard here it's you. I guessed this from the way you type. English is not my first language yet I make way less errors than you.

I pulled it down to 6 md pyroclasm, 3 being volcanic, and 3 being infest hopefully being able to take down the pro red guys sometimes people run.

I added the anathemancers in, as well as putting in 4 pulling teeth.

I found pulling teeth to be a valuable card in both disruption of hand when paired with blightning, but also because of the clash additive. Knowing what is coming up for me is key.

The board now includes 4 gutteral response, and knocked wild ricochet and manabarbs to 2 each.

Again, thank you for the responses... and Tuga. Thank you for standing up for me, but if he feels as though retard is the best way to get his point across, I am sure someday karma will bite him back.

Any more comments on the deck would be appreciate.

I think your best taking aceman (charles duponts) list from the GP and starting out with that, if your looking to go the red route. I appreciate this deck is more controlling but your trying to control some pretty absurd things at the moment, which are hard enough to control even with counters. Also blightning is not playble atm as GW tokens and other decks also which is a heavily played deck on modo atleast runs main deck wilt leaf liege way to get smashed for 9 turn 4 by finks and liege.

i wouldnt play pulling teeth aye thats not a very good card vs most decks b/w tokens deck is a higher casting cost deck than your when u figure in spectral prosesion has a converted casting cost of six.sames goes with g/w tokens and cruel control and jund ramp has alot of fatties too.
you either need removal like terminate or a 2 drop creature.otherwise stuff like getting blowen out by a figure is possible.
also keep in mind infest is a sorcery which means if you get caught with that in hand vs a haste creature and no other removal you run the risk of loosing needed life.
so as red black mass removal goes volcanic is just better cause its at insant speed.

but to round up in this deck as it stands ur not gonna play a creature till at least turn 3 and anything thats over a 2/2 you have no answer to ie 3 turn doran/boggart ram gang/rhox war monk/dauntless escort till turn 5.and you have 8 creatures that cant block

Added Outlanders tonight at the local store...Removed Ashenmoor Gougers

Raking Canopy for fae.

Pulling Teeth proved to be really really good...especially with people mulling ...The clash really helps with knowing whats coming up as well...and allows me to keep those 2 land hands.

Of course, Wilt Leaf Liege was crappy...

So I added magma sprays to sideboard for Finks, and played terminates mainboard for doran and other fatties.

Total record

2-0 Jund ramp

0-2 Fae

2-0 Some crap deck...then played like 4 more times for fun and never lost.

2-1 G/W Tokens

0-2 Red Deck Wins

2-0 B/W tokens

i like the concept of the deck, though it needs more initial control... But i didn't test it or in anyway have played a similar deck, but thoughtseize seems a nice fit to blow away some turn 1 or turn 2 threats... I would play 4 fallout and 2 infest (and have 2 infest sb if bur shows on a w or w+something deck).

Have u considered hell's thunder? the creat as flying and unearth, can be cascaded and though it only stays for a turn if u play ur cards right it's 8 dmg guaranteed.

And as control decks aren't known for running a lot of creat's. instead of gut resp, why not vexing shusher since u'll end up siding ur pyroclasm effects?

Again i'm reminding i never tested or used a similar deck so i'm just giving sugestions that seem nice but are not comproved improvements

1) your list, if i counted correctly, has 22 lands - this is not enough for demigod, imo. I've found that you need at least 24 in order to be fairly successfull at casting him turn 5, which is what you want. the longer you forsee the game to be, the more important the number of lands are. if you are trying to control things, you are going to need those extra lands.
2) i have qs over the bloodbraid - can cascading into board sweepers sometimes be anti-synergystic for you? as far as subs for this:
i think blightning has now become underrated, but it's definitely a meta call. there may be a possibility for two copies rather than the full four, as people expect it less, and g/w decks may not be as popular as they were two weeks ago, although this is not to say that they will not be so again.
what do people think of mannequin as a one-of/two-of? it's good against fae and 5c for anathmancers five and six, or some other hasty dude.
i don't like raking canopy for fae. infest and fallout are much better, and what do you take out? virtually every threat you have is good against fae, and you don't want to be too controlling against them.

As for 22 lands for demigod ....Running 7 MD Pyro effects can ruin decks long enough for that 5th land. Terminate proved to be effective versus doran and wilt leaf, as well as Bituminus.

Gaddock Teeg loses badly to this because of the fallouts, terminate, and total wrecking of higher dmg and toughness creatures.

As for bloodbraid, cascading into board sweepers is hardly ever bad for me as it has a better chance to cascade into shambling, outlander, terminate, blightning, or pulling teeth.

I especially like cascading into pulling teeth as then I know what is coming up for me and if I want or need it.

I originally ran a hells thunder is a B/R aggro...but I took a different route on this deck. I decided that instead of running haste aggro, to slow it down, control the board a bit against fae and tokens, and run stuff that can live to the sweepers.

End result -- Thinking of Mogg Fanatic for Killing those pesky Figures / Scion Of Oona,

Running 4 Volcanic Instead of 3.
