ok, sorry for the semi-newb question.
I had to stop playing magic around.. mmm. Judgement, for a while and i've gotten rusty.

Enchantment abilitites. Example.
R: deal one damage to target creature or player.

The card does not specify Sorc/instant stipulation. Can the triggered enchantment ability be played as an instant? or only a sorcery?

Unless stated otherwise, you can play them at instant speed.
