Hey guys. I haven't played for a year and basically i have no idea about the current T2 enviroment or cards.

Instead of just looking through all the cards i'm asking for an interesting deck idea. Could be something based on a specific card or maybe a combo, doesn't really matter except i never want to play some deck everyone else is playing too. Something "unconventional" would be great Smile

Thanks Smile

SB: 2 [CFX] Ignite Disorder
SB: 2 [CFX] Celestial Purge
SB: 1 [CFX] Wall of Reverence
SB: 4 [ARB] Qasali Pridemage

This is a block deck I've been playing around with. Been doing well for me. To make it T2 just add some primal commands or something. Maybe even streamline it a little by reducing the amount of colours.

Cascade is really fun, so you'll have a blast with this deck.

I deleted my decklist but a Master Transmuter deck is a really good time. Play with Sphinx Summoner and what ever huge artifact dude you want! Its a good time.

most fun deck in standard right now= Twinsanity
There have been 1million articles about it, but it is easily still one of the most fun decks to play, regardless of some pretty bad losses. I think it top 4ed the last master, which is cool of course.

Mind Funeral is better than Sanity Grinding. Make sure you run both in mill, though.

4 Sanity Grinding
4 Mind Funeral
4 Memory Sluice
2 Twincast
4 Broken Ambitions
4 Angelsong
3 Wrath of God

4 Jace Beleren

4 Plumeveil
3 Wall of Reverence

4 Arcane Sanctum
4 Vivid Creek
4 Reflecting Pool
3 Sunken Ruins
3 Mystic Gate
6 Island

Esper Mill is an idea? You get more options when Sanity Grinding is not optimized.

blue/black can be better than monoblue in the aggro MU imo.
also, sanity grinding grabs 15ish cards without any overbeings/ godhead of awe but with them it is a pretty much garaunteed 20+ cards milled, so usually you will need a sanitygrinding+twincast to win

mind funeral only gets around 8 cards on average and memory sluice sucks btw, check out the twinsanity thread on mtg forums for this info
turn 1= 7 card hand -53
turn 2=52
turn 3= 52 or 51 (depending on a jace or dream fracture hitting the table)
turn 4= mind funeral or other blue black milling 45-50 cards left
turn 5= win
^-^ optimal win
anything else usually revolves around a turn 5 evacuation to stay alive or a shelldock isle turn that will win turn 6-7

Really the only cards I've noticed I side in are the Voilent Outbursts and the Gutturals. and usually they are for 8 lands. The reason u bring in both Gutturals and Voilent is so that you can instant speed fetch up a Guttural to Protect your Sesmiec or Nausem. Its slow but pretty effective especially since most control decks dont put a whole lot of pressure u can wait the few extra turns to make sure ur spell resolves.

The Skulk and Gwafa are really a joke because I can't think of more cards that are needed SB.

Love the deck LD, tried it out myself hope you don't mind, just a suggestion for sb, ingot chewer, he doesn't mess with the cascade combo and can kill the pithing needle that stop this deck dead in its tracks.

Just a suggestion.

I've actually Put in Naturalizes SB so we can violent Outbust into it. Only problem is that sometime u hit it with the bigger cascade cards but its still really never a problem. I do like the ingot Idea though, but we also need to be able to remove runed halos.... which he cant do...
