Hi,

I'm playing life control as deck. I tested it and I saw that it has a good MU agains Agro generaly and Faerie. That means like 60-70% of my meta.

I play this list.

// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)

// Lands
3 [RAV] Sacred Foundry
4 [DIS] Ghost Quarter
4 [MR] Cloudpost
1 [GP] Godless Shrine
2 [ON] Bloodstained Mire
4 [OD] Plains (1)
3 [ON] Windswept Heath
1 [TSP] Vesuva
2 [10E] Forbidding Watchtower

// Creatures
1 [SC] Eternal Dragon
4 [CS] Martyr of Sands
3 [ALA] Ranger of Eos
4 [BOK] Kami of False Hope

// Spells
4 [8E] Wrath of God
3 [REW] Condemn
2 [SC] Decree of Justice
3 [CHK] Ghostly Prison
4 [DIS] Proclamation of Rebirth
3 [CNF] Path to Exile
3 [SC] Gilded Light
3 [DIS] Hide/Seek

// Sideboard
SB: 3 [TSP] Angel's Grace
SB: 3 [SHM] Fracturing Gust
SB: 3 [FNM] Circle of Protection: Red
SB: 3 [8E] Boil
SB: 3 [10E] Pithing Needle

I think this deck is very good just because after 1 martyr of sands the oppo has normaly a little problem.
If you have proclamation in hand it will be more funny for you and boring for your opponent.
normaly after martyr and proclamation with forecast your oppo concede.

My worst MU are death cloud and TEPS if they play brain freeze. I have gilded light but normaly it will be countered.

Please help me to made the sb so that you can also win agains this both deck.

Best regards

g1 they'll either go as fast as they can before you gain life or if you do before they can combo they'll wait a bit longer and go for a big one. After side they have Brainfreeze which dodges the life, echoing truth for runed halo an gigadrowse/pact of negation for gilded light.

Thats like adding all the side to the deck and therefore it will be much more clunky.

I typically just concede to TEPS, since it's apparently unbeatable.

Wtf? Brainfreeze replaces tendrils and 1 more card(electrolyze). Than you take the other electrolyze and sleight of hand for truth. You have remand for gilded light but since you have so much time to go off you they're not needed to slow them down and you can side in pacts for them. Gigadrowse is probably worse than pact here.
Maindeck it's probably not that easy for teps depending on the amount of hate maindeck. Hide/seek hurts too.

I dont think martyr is good to win a ptq because it has some byes but also auto scoops to some decks

teps isnt unbeatable at all...

Gilded light is pretty good versus them as it turns out..(i would play 4)

canonist in board is alright, but not a definite answer, as they will most likely (unless they are a complete tard) bring in bounce.

Runed halo is also good. i would actually consider maindecking them. But once again, they bring in bounce.

I think you forgot Faeries as a good adversary. With faeries I've won most of the matches against life.dec...

Hi, I tested a lot and I see that this could be the definitive deck...

// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)

// Lands
3 [GP] Godless Shrine
3 [RAV] Sacred Foundry
3 [ON] Windswept Heath
2 [ON] Bloodstained Mire
4 [DIS] Ghost Quarter
1 [SHM] Mistveil Plains
6 [LRW] Plains (4)
1 [RAV] Boros Garrison
1 [GP] Orzhov Basilica

// Creatures
3 [ALA] Ranger of Eos
4 [CS] Martyr of Sands
3 [BOK] Kami of False Hope
2 [SC] Eternal Dragon
1 [EVE] Figure of Destiny

// Spells
4 [REW] Wrath of God
4 [DIS] Hide/Seek
3 [RAV] Lightning Helix
4 [DIS] Proclamation of Rebirth
3 [SC] Gilded Light
3 [PLC] Extirpate
3 [ON] Slice and Dice

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [7E] Boil
SB: 3 [9E] Circle of Protection: Red
SB: 1 [ON] Slice and Dice
SB: 3 [SHM] Fracturing Gust
SB: 3 [TSP] Angel's Grace
SB: 1 [TSB] Gaea's Blessing

Extirpate main is agains combo (on mindsdesire or other cards) so that can't storm so much. It is also good vs zoo on tribal flames, faerie on vendilion clique.

Slice and dice is a removal agains elf, faerie, all agro decks.

In side I have enter gaea's blessing agains g2 combo with brain freeze.

this are the most important changes.
Someone has another list so we can compare and discuss?
