Here's a build of an Empty Throne deck I'm working on. I'm pretty happy with it so far except for the Evershrikes. I wish I could think of something better to put in those 3 slots.

I dont see why you need to play a creature at all really..

you could add to the lock down by adding either

Recumbent Bliss or...

Prison Term ( which allows for you to switch it around.. kinda nice)

Possibly 1 Story circle to Tutor for... against mono red/ mono white... etc

I guess you plan on using shimmering wings to power house out angels?

I don't think I need the Evershrikes either, I just didn't know what else to add in. Maybe a Sigil Seargent for fun. Recumbent seems nice vs any burn thrown my way, but I think there's a pretty good amount of options left to consider from in the 2-3 mana range for creature removal. I'm really wishing temporal isolation was still in standard . Crying or Very sad

single shimmering wings is not right... sorry, you either need more or less. plus you need a target at first. right now @ 1 copy its not worth the weakness of splashing.

Endless Horizons is a nice one of but i dont like one greater auramancy. Mind stone is off on its own tangent but it's nice accel and draw when you need it.

@Spirit link and Curse: you can put better removal. Once you land sigil it doesnt really matter how expensive your enchantments are. I reccomend... three story circle in addition to whatever else you put. And pacifisms.

Glorius anthem is a MUST have.

If you keep blue in, which is honestly not a bad choice, puca's mischief is fun with aura's/ o-ring

24 lands and 3 mindstone is excessive. Cut 1 plains and add a business card i mentioned above.

Congrats on your ambitious deckchoice. Have fun with it.

EDIT: nothing else in conflux seems to work =(.

A version of the deck I threw together. There is probably a place for Wrath in this deck, but I was focusing on the Enchantment theme.

I missed the Shimmering Wings - seems like it could be good, but it is a dead card until you play Empty Throne...

Okay, I did some testing and came up with a finalish list, thanks for the suggestions guys. This deck has very little in way of a backup plan if the sigils get nuked, but it's still fun.
I didn't add Recumbent or Prison Term because they're more expensive and I already pack a ton of creature control. The Story Circle singlet turned out to be a bomb vs mono red and white decks =D. I also stayed away from instant/sorcery removal because it's an enchantment deck.

Use shimmering wings. It's cheap and amazing with the Sigil.
