So, here's the idea. Progenitus. Dramatic entrance. GG.
Some other cards:
Ponder
Diabolic Tutor
Various Counterspells
Primal Command
Devoted Druid
Liliana Vess
Some other stuff.
So, what's the best build for this combo. All I want to do is get a huge 10/10 into play. What do you guys think?
As of right now a god hand includes:
1. Forest, BOP
2. Land, Devoted Druid
3. Dramatic Entrance and use the bop to get ready to play the crismon wisp.
4. Win.
Practically, this is godlike if your opponent plays not disruption, you have god draws, etc. Well Progenitus is a god right?
Comments?
Let's break T2 GO!!!
Shush Noobs. Only smart ppl post. If you are not smart enough to actually make this fragile and weird combo good. SHUSH!!! |

all that work to put one card into play -.-
Meanwhile an aggro or burn deck wins three turns earlier... |

I don't know if the deck could be truly viable, but it is more interesting than you would think. If you can Dramatic Entrance in Progenitus on turn 3 or 4, that is REALLY hard to beat. Unless you have a Wrath effect or a way to gain life, there is little you can do (aside from winning yourself, obviously) to stop it from killing you in two turns.
What makes me look hard at the possibility of the deck working is that there are other hard-to-deal with giants, like Empyrial Archangel and Hellkite Overlord.
It seems really dumb, but it might just work. Show and Tell and Eureka were both good enough at various times, though the difference between three or four mana and five mana is huge. It'd be fun to play, at least. |

| This would be a good time to enlist the help of Elvish Piper. |

| Runed halo would be a funny response to someone playing progenitus. I reckon you'd want a set of primal commands in there to tutor him and stall a bit. |

What are peoples thoughts on Mindwrack Liege? I dunno if that would be viable in the same build or a variation, but it might be worth a shot. Unfortunately, it's not easy to accelerate into a creature that's not green, especially having to wait a turn after resolving the leige.
Yeah, all in all I think Elvish Piper wins the spot. |

| Why does no-one consider Deathrender for this kind of deck? Devoted Druid can even kill himself to trigger it. |
