Utility to Convert MWS spoilers into Netdraft files

I have created this Perl script to transform Magic workstation spoiler text files into Netdraft .nd files.

An example with Conflux.txt is there.
Note that this set contains mythic cards and they are identified with 'M' rarity.

Rares are duplicated to simulate real boosters.
