So at a local qualifier this past weekend me and a teammate were just throwing cards out there since we said the previewed volcanic fallout and we thought of like thoctar .. war monk .. finks .. guys who live through those spells and firespout and i threw a deck together that its probably going to dominate:
Creatures: (15)
4x Wooly Thoctar
4x Rhox War Monk
3x Cloudthresher
4x Kitchen Finks
Spells: (19)
3x Bant Charm
2x Mind Spring
3x Broken Ambitions
2x Remove Soul
3x Firespout
3x Volcanic Fallout
3x Ajani Vengeant
Lands: (26)
3x Vivid Meadow
3x Vivid Grove
2x Vivid Crag
2x Vivid Creek
4x Reflecting Pool
3x Mystic Gate
3x Wooded Bastion
1x Brushland
1x Battlefield Forge
1x Forest
1x Island
1x Plains
1x Mountain
SB: (15)
1x Firespout
1x Volcanic Fallout
1x Cloudthresher
2x Primal Command
3x Glen Elendra Archmage
2x Persuasion
2x Negate
3x Condemn
Things Im debating in the main deck:
Path to Exile?
Glen Elendra Archmage?
Mulldrifter?
Sower of Temptation?
Thornling Even?
Cryptic Command?
More board sweeps?
O-Ring?
Condemn?
Basically, the cycle of 1 of each basic is for the upcoming path to exile, probably a heavily played card. The deck is going to be proxied up and testing starting tomorrow because I really like the concept behind it. How it's indirectly, a toast style deck. Critique plz. Thanks. |

uhh yea cryptic command...defiantly
wrath of god is good..
just dont play your dudes still after wrath. just run like a finks out there and try to get them to over commit to the board then play your war monks and thoctars. |

| The biggest issue with your deck is the glut of 3cc spells. With so many cards vying for the 3 spot, you lack good early plays and rely solely on clunky mid-game drops. You're removal should be cheaper if you want to rely on 3 drop creatures. Possible use some draw like ponder to sort out heavy curve draws. Maybe some early mana acceleration like birds or fertile ground. |

| You have wayy to many three drops. you should lower that count to at most 12-15 then add ways to get more mana. |
