4 Oona is too many. A lot of games vs aggro will end with 1 sitting in your hand. 1-2 is enough.
I recommend plumveil. It's a creature heavy format. The main control deck is 5cc control. Even they run at least 10 creatures so Plumveil is rarely a dead card.
This deck loses to faeries more often than not. A resolved bitterblossom on turn 2 backed by counterspell is very bad news. If you don't have oblivion ring in hand, you're screwed. Even if you have it, if you're on the draw, there's a fat chance they have a counter in hand. 5cc control has main deck answer via esper charm.
Run kitchen finks. It's great vs RDW which is another tier 1 deck you need to beat.
Purity is not good enough in this meta. The shuffle effect doesn't generate much inevitability because lots of removal spells now remove creatures from the game. Its damage stop ability barely works. Vs RDW, you have to find a purity AND last till you have 6 mana to cast it. Often, by that time, you're almost dead and have to decide between casting a wrath or some other spell.
I don't think there is a way to make U/W control viable. When the manabase can support all 5 colors, there's no point in playing 2 colors. There is some nonbasic land hate but that isn't strong enough to discourage playing 5cc control. |

plumeveil is a good idea, as you can play it EOT with counters open during your opp. turn...
I like battlegrace angel for this type of deck, if you have any other creatures ( finks ), they can swing the turn batlegrace comes into play, gettin you a ton of life |

| splash one more color so you have access to some charms (bant, esper) those colors also have access to better creatures like stoic angel, cloudthresher, etc. but if u wanna keep it UW, I would suggest cards that can steal opponents creatures and also some planeswalkers can help too. |
