Although I haven't received much positive feedback for my "Bomberman" and "Painter Survival" decks, I still want to provide new ideas for Make Your Own Standard format.

Phyrexian Dreadnought is one of the biggest monsters in history of magic (except the big furry one). It just needs to be cheated into play avoiding the CiP trigger. In Vintage you have access to Illusionary Mask, which isn't available in MYOS. In Legacy the job is usually done by Stifle from Onslaught block, which doesn't provide anything useful for blue control.
However there are almost comparable cards, Vesuvan Shapeshifter and Trickbind, and they both happen to be from Time Spiral block.

So this deck is a slightly worse version of the Vintage deck Stiflenought. Wink

Not Quite Stiflenought (Mirage/Time Spiral/5th):

4 [TSP] Terramorphic Expanse
4 [PLC] Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
8 [MI] Island
4 [5E] City of Brass
1 [MI] Swamp
1 [MI] Forest
1 [TSP] Academy Ruins

2 [FUT] Tombstalker
4 [MI] Phyrexian Dreadnought
4 [TSB] Shadowmage Infiltrator
4 [FUT] Tarmogoyf
2 [TSP] Vesuvan Shapeshifter (not quite Illusionary Mask)

2 [FUT] Delay
3 [FUT] Pact of Negation (not quite Force of Will)
4 [TSP] Trickbind (not quite Stifle)
4 [5E] Counterspell
4 [5E] Brainstorm
4 [TSP] Ancestral Vision (not quite Ancestral Recall)

SB: 4 [TSB] Tormod's Crypt
SB: 4 [WL] Null Rod
SB: 2 [TSP] Krosan Grip
SB: 1 [WL] Gaea's Blessing
SB: 4 [PLC] Damnation

What do you think?

Urborg is legendary, so you never want to have more then 1 in your hand. Drop 2 of them and 2 forest

I do not claim my list to be tuned to the optimum, but I've spent quite some time testing the deck and it is far from random. So there is no need to start flaming.

The comparison of Pact of Negation and Force of Will is only in the opening post for stylistic issues. I do know that Pact can't be used like Force can in the early game.
But Pact serves a different purpose in here. It saves your fifth turn, which is crucial. On that turn your suspended first turn Vision resolves and you can Trickbind/Shapeshift the Nought with Counterspell/Delay backup. Many opponents don't even expect the Pact.

Urborg is in the deck because of Tombstalker and Damnation. I would not play less than 3, unless the entire mana base changes to be mainly pain lands.
